Multi Location ISD Calling – Using Digital PBX, Audio Codes etc.
Each location will have a Audiocode / Mediant device providing VOIP support. Audiocode / Mediant device with E1 ports depending on the number of Users at each location
Working: Mediant Device with 1 E1
Audiocode/Mediant device will provide VOIP support
Audiocode/Mediant device will be connected to router with WAN link and to the EPBX
EPBX to provide logical partitioning segregating VOIP and PSTN calls (to comply with legal requirements)
Users telephone device will be connected to the EPBX
Users can make a VOIP or PSTN Call by dialing Predefined prefix
Mediant device is registered with a Net4 SIP server which routes the call
Last Mile / Leased Line connectivity can be provided by Net4 wherever feasible
VOIP Calls are made using Net4 VOIP multiuser domestic account with no calling over PSTN or Mobile numbers in India
Incoming Voice Line Hunting
Client shall purchase Voice line Number & service from Net4
Client needs to have a media gateway(Audiocode/Mediant/Linksys PAP2 device) etc. depending on the scale of requirement.
Further distribution of incoming call will be via media gateways to extensions of the users
EPBX to provide logical partitioning segregating VOIP and PSTN. This is to enable both calls landing on user extension
Inter Office Calling Using IP-PBX
IP-PBX can be hosted on clients premises or collocated at Net4 IDC
